What data we process and why

• Contact form: name, email and message, to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent.
• Newsletter: email, to send you offers and news from the hotel. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Bookings: booking data is collected in the official booking engine to manage your stay. Legal basis: performance of the contract.

Retention

We keep data for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected and, afterwards, for the periods required by law.

Recipients

We do not share data with third parties except where legally required or with providers who supply services to us (web hosting, email, booking engine), with whom we have signed the corresponding data processing agreements.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to reservas@murahotel.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
